Use your garden in February.

Not a conservatory and not a summer house. A glass room that opens fully to the garden in summer and closes down to a warm, dry space in winter.

Sliding walls open the room fully to the garden.

From consultation to completion, we manage every stage.

Most of the work in a garden room is not the glass. It is the base it sits on, the power and water running to it, the floor, the lighting and the landscaping around it. We do all of it, so you deal with one team and one price.

What is included

A finished room, not a kit on a slab.

Ground and base

  • Site survey and levels
  • Groundworks and foundations
  • Drainage
  • Resin, tiled or timber flooring

The room

  • Glasshouse installation
  • Retractable roof and sliding panels
  • Blind and shading systems
  • Heating

Around it

  • Electrics and lighting
  • Plumbing
  • Landscaping and planting
  • Fencing, walls and screening

Built to be opened and closed every day.

The roof and panels run on tracks and move by hand. One person can open the whole room or close it down in under a minute, which is what makes it a room you actually use rather than one you look at.

Off the back of the house, or out on the lawn.

The same glazing and the same sliding frame every time. What changes is where it goes: a room off the house or a freestanding one in the garden, with blinds under the roof and screens down the sides when you want them.

Send us a photo of your garden.

A couple of pictures and rough measurements are enough for us to tell you what would fit and what it would cost.
